SYED KAMAAL SABA

Kamaal has nearly Eighteen years of experience as a construction professional. After his graduation as a Civil Engineer, he joined Multinational Groups in UAE putting the foundation stone for Supply Chain Department. During his 18 years of stay in UAE, he went up the corporate ladder to become Supply Chain Manager for Al Rajhi Investment & later hold a senior position in the supply chain in Shapoorji Pallonji in Oman.

 

"During 18 years of experience in UAE, Kamaal has successfully orchestrated Supply Chain and delivered over 100" projects with an approximate total value of AED 1 billion. The following are some of the Major Projects.

 

  •  Oman Across Ages Museum - Nizwa - Sultanate of Oman
  • 325 Room Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Hotel, a turnkey project with a BUA of 37,000 sqm and 26,000 sqm facilities"
  • 389 Warehouses with a built-up area of 37,376 sq.m"
  • Staff accommodation with a built-up area of 24,134 sq.m"
  • Millennium Hotel at Garhoud for Saeed Al Naboodah Group
  • 10 Storey Smart Office Building with a built-up area of 19,500 sq m Hilton Beach Hotel at Ras Al Khaimah UAE"

We are capable of executing projects to meet client/consultant/contractor demands. Our team is equipped with end-to-end activities for proper surveying, operations & handing over to clients. We have a house workshop facility with a team of qualified mechanics for all kinds of service for repair and maintenance to avoid downtime & loss of working works.
